Overview
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Cameroon (CHAI Cameroon) is a Not-For-Profit Organization that began working in Cameroon in 2007 and is supporting the Government of Cameroon at both National and Sub-National levels to effectively and efficiently develop scalable solutions to deliver lifesaving health services across Cameroon.
As part of efforts to strengthen digital tools within Cameroon’s eHealth Architecture and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) and the Directorate of Healthcare Organization and Health Technology (DOSTS), CHAI Cameroon is developing the Community Health Worker Master List (CHWML); a centralized, georeferenced national registry of all polyvalent Community Health Workers (pCHWs) deployed across Cameroon. The CHWML will serve as the authoritative single source of reference for pCHW data, enabling their enumeration, geolocation, supervision, and performance management, and facilitating timely payments, resource distribution, and strategic deployment. The platform must be interoperable with relevant information systems.
Request for Suppliers
CHAI Cameroon is seeking proposals from local qualified and experienced software development firms to design, develop, test, deploy, and provide post-deployment support for this platform within Cameroon’s national eHealth architecture. Detailed technical specifications, functional requirements, and the Business Requirements Documents (Cahier des charges) are provided in the full bid documentation.
Bidders must submit both a technical proposal and a financial proposal in accordance with the instructions in the full RFP document.
Submissions
Interested vendors must download, complete, and include the required forms and bill of quantities in their submission.
Clarifications: Submit written queries to chaicameroonprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org by the July 16, 2026, with the subject line: “Clarification — CHWML Platform Development RFP”.
Bid Submission: Submit your complete bid in PDF format to chaicameroonprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org no later than the July 23, 2026, by 15:00 CAT (Yaoundé time), with the subject line: “Development of the Digital CHWML Platform, Cameroon”.
Large files: If your submission exceeds 10 MB, request an upload link by emailing chaicameroonprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org with the subject line: “Upload Link Request — CHWML RFP”.
Late submissions will not be considered. CHAI reserves the right to request further documentation or conduct site visits as part of the evaluation process.
