Request for proposal: Mapping of Medical Oxygen Supply Chain Infrastructure and Vendor and Service Providers

Background & Purpose

Many low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) have fragmented, opaque, or incomplete data about their medical oxygen systems. To guide investments, support decision-making, and strengthen the ecosystem, the Global Oxygen Alliance (GO2AL), hosted by CHAI, seeks a partner to map oxygen production, storage, and service provider networks globally—starting initially with Sub-Saharan Africa. This mapping will produce a publicly accessible dashboard and database that identify infrastructure gaps, estimate demand vs. supply, and connect demand contexts with capable local providers.

Location

Remote/Home Based; the vendor is expected to be available (for at least a 4-hour time frame) for virtual meetings during 9am-5pm CET, Monday–Friday. Limited travel may be considered.

Submission requirements

Interested candidates must submit their proposal containing the following documents to GEMProcurement@clintonhealthaccess.org by 5PM CET, November 04, 2025:

  • Technical proposal (max 6 pages), including methodology, workplan, and relevant experience
  • Financial proposal, itemized by activity
