Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) invites interested and capable organizations to submit proposals to install a 15HP duplex medical grade compressor (7.5 HP per-motor) for the León Becerra Hospital in the city of Milagro, Ecuador. A medical grade duplex compressor is a type of air compressor used in medical and hospital settings.
