The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of high-pressure cylinders as detailed in specification package (Annex A) of this ITB. When preparing your Submission please be guided by the form attached as Annex B and CHAI code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C.
Quotations must be submitted on or before 6pm SAST, October 24, 2025, via the email mzlocalprocure@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting Reference ITB/CHAI/MOZ/010 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2MB and cannot be sent by email, send your submission through wetransfer.com to the email above.
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
