Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the supply of blood glucose monitoring devices for Ethiopia, Ghana and Nigeria

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, with funding from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), is preparing to implement a program to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of interventions at the primary healthcare and community levels in enhancing the timely diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) in children and adolescents. This work will take place in Ethiopia, Ghana, and Nigeria.

In support of this work, CHAI invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of the following products: glucometers, blood glucose testing strips, and single-use lancets, as detailed in the specification package (Annex B) of this ITB. When preparing your responses to this ITB, please complete and use for guidance the forms attached as Annex A and Annex B and the CHAI code of conduct and ethics for suppliers, attached as Annex C.

Request for clarifications

Vendors can request for more information or clarifications via the email ncdprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting ITB/CHAI/BGM/0124 in the subject line on or before April 16, 2024, by 11:59pm EDT.

Deadline

Qualified vendors can submit applications on or before April 19, 2024, by 11:59 pm EDT via the email ncdprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting ITB/CHAI/BGM/0124 in the subject line. Should your submission be large and cannot be sent by email, send a request for an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to ncdprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org on or before April 18, 2024, by 11:59pm EDT.
