Staff Profiles
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) has more than 600 staff and volunteers working in more than 25 countries around the world. Our staff are action-oriented, impatient and mission-driven. We find it unacceptable that millions of people continue to die every year from diseases that we can prevent and treat cost-effectively. Employee satisfaction is largely driven by our collective efforts to advance CHAI’s mission to save lives and improve health outcomes.
CHAI staff are highly motivated people who often come from the private sector with a results-oriented management or entrepreneurial background. We recognize that some of the greatest challenges in fighting diseases of poverty are organizational and managerial, not scientific or medical. As such, we approach problems with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking for creative solutions to unique local challenges.
