Executive Vice President of HIV/AIDS Programs
Kate Condliffe is the Executive Vice President for HIV/AIDS Programs and former Chief Operating Officer at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she is responsible for launching CHAI’s Efficiency and Effectiveness Initiative and revamping CHAI’s HIV strategy. Ms. Condliffe also has significant experience at CHAI in strategic planning, organizational development, and management of key donor and other partner relationships.
Ms. Condliffe joined CHAI in 2003 to manage the launch of its Drug Access Program. Since that time she has filled a variety of roles including Director of Laboratory Services and Regional Manager of Latin America and Caribbean. Prior to joining CHAI, Ms. Condliffe was a consultant at A.T. Kearney, serving clients in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products and Non-Profit sectors. She has also served as a consultant for Daktari Diagnostics, a start-up diagnostics company focused on building products that help combat pressing global health challenges. Ms. Condliffe holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
